PalmPay doesn't ship goods itself. Orders placed in the PalmPay app are prepared and handed over or delivered by the store you order from.
Pickup
Most stores let you collect your order. The app shows when it should be ready, and tells you when the store marks it ready.
Store delivery
- Delivery is offered only by stores that choose to, and only to the pincodes each store lists.
- Any delivery fee and minimum order are shown before you pay.
- Delivery times are the store's estimate; catering orders are delivered at the date and time you choose.
- The store contacts you on the phone number you give with the order.
Adding money
Money you add to PalmPay is a digital service: it appears in your balance as soon as the payment succeeds. Nothing is shipped.
Problems with a delivery
If an order doesn't arrive or isn't right, contact the store, or us at [support email] / [support phone]. Refunds follow our Cancellation & refunds policy.
